A 3-part round which proclaims singing to be rooted deep in our bodies.

Excerpted from “Everything Sings,” this round stands alone as it’s own concert piece. The round can be taught in solfege, and introduces the feel of a 12/8 triple compound meter. Singers will enjoy the text, which speaks of music being rooted deep within their bodies. You can also get permission to print the melody in the program, and invite the audience to join in!
Composer’s Notes
The piece is a round, embodying the communal nature of singing–the same song moving through one body, then another and another, and finally coming back to everyone singing together.
